Within 2 months after beginning to look for a condo for an investment property, Eric found a new condo that was bank repossessed and was at below market value. In addition, Eric provided calculations and guidance regarding the rent that could be charged and how the property will cash flow at the given purchase price. He analyzed the market and the area to determine market rate for rent and appropriate tenants. Also, he lined up a solid tenant to move in within a week of closing. Prior to purchase, Eric worked out all details with the seller, had the property inspected, and oversaw some minor repairs that were done by several different trades.I am pleased with the property and with Eric's service.
