Residential Specialties
I guide my clients through every step of the buying and selling process. From first gauging the market and deciding the best time to buy or sell, to lender help and other preparation steps, I like to make sure they are fully prepared and know what to expect from the process. If my client is selling, I will lend my expertise and contacts to prepare the home to achieve their selling goals. This could mean renovating to sell at the top of the market, selling discreetly off the market, or selling quickly while still meeting financial expectations. With my buyers, I help them understand the details of the Austin neighborhoods and surrounding areas. What architecture they will find, and what outdoor activities and nightlife they may experience. From there, I make sure they are set up for success with their lender and any other preliminary steps. We find the perfect property and I negotiate for my client to win the home and make sure everything is in order to close.

Born in Austin and raised in Westlake, Eric has witnessed Austin’s evolution from its quirky roots into a world-class city. Collaborating with successful developers and investors afforded him a valuable education in market forces, design and architecture trends, and the buyer landscape. As the Director of Sales on these developments and buildings, Eric trained his team and created strategic and effective pricing schedules. Working alongside individual buyers, sellers, and investors, Eric brings his success and experience from all sides of the real estate market to every transaction.
